
Another week has flown by and I didn’t even post, what is happening with my time? I am now 19 weeks pregnant and still exhausted, I want some energy back!
Onto the weeks menu plan:
Monday – Roast Vegetable Pasta
Tuesday – Vegetable Lasagne – using mountain bread instead of pasta
Wednesday – Rice and Vegie Cakes
Thursday – Tomato, Sausage and Capsicum Pasta
Friday – Pumpkin Soup and Sandwiches
Saturday – Cheese and Spinach Quesidilla with Tomato Salsa
Sunday – Leftovers

Thank you for the links!! I already read those (daily!) but I appreciate the reinforcement of how wonderful they are. I’ve been doing some searching and have found some yummy things for me to eat so I’m excited! I went down to the States yesterday and picked up a few new treats also and I’ll be posting about them later tonight. I’m sure the selection is very different in Australia!! Do you find it easy to find products and restaurant items that are gluten free?
