Now I know I have given you a Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe before, this one is a different recipe with different ingredients. I think it is important to have a couple of different recipes of your favourite things in case you don’t have the ingredients for one recipe then you can make another. I did got this recipe from bestrecipes.com.au and just made it gluten free.
Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies version 2
Ingredients:
- 180 grams softened butter
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 125ml condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free self raising flour – I used Orgran
- 170 grams chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Beat butter and sugar together until light and creamy
- Add condensed milk, mix well
- Add flour and mix
- Add choc chips and mix
- Spoon 2 teaspoon of mixture to baking paper lined trays, flatten slightly
- Cook 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool on trays
Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan
Now this is an extremely busy week. The busiest week ever. Seriously! I don’t think I am even going to bother typing out a meal plan as it won’t even happen. But in case someone up there blesses me some time, here is what I would like to happen dinner wise.
Monday – Tuna and Potato Bake
Tuesday – out for nieces birthday – I shall take my own
Wednesday – Eggplant Parmigiana
Thursday – Vegetable Stirfry with a gluten free satay sauce served with rice
Friday – leftovers if any otherwise freezer surprise
Saturday – Christmas Day – Merry Christmas
Sunday – seriously food today? um I don’t think so….
