Gluten Free Yoghurt, Mixed Berry and Chocolate Muffin Recipe

I found this great recipe on Best Recipes here. It does say white chocolate but I used milk chocolate chips as that’s all I had. I think they work just as well.

Gluten Free Yoghurt, Mixed Berry and Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free self raising flour
  • 1/2 caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 100 grams chocolate chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a 12 hole muffin tray with muffin cases
  • Combine the gluten free flour and caster sugar together
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix to just combined
  • Pour into muffin cases
  • Bake 30 minutes
