I found this great recipe on Best Recipes here. It does say white chocolate but I used milk chocolate chips as that’s all I had. I think they work just as well.
Gluten Free Yoghurt, Mixed Berry and Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free self raising flour
- 1/2 caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 100 grams chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a 12 hole muffin tray with muffin cases
- Combine the gluten free flour and caster sugar together
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix to just combined
- Pour into muffin cases
- Bake 30 minutes
