Did you see my Planning With Kids book giveaway? In celebration of this I thought I would do this weeks meal plan with the help of Nicole’s free menu planner. Have you seen this yet? It’s really handy and useful especially if you are new to menu planning and don’t know where to start.
Weekly Menu Plan
Monday – Marinated Chicken Sticks – I make my own with honey, soy and garlic. Sundried Tomato and Fetta Quinoa for me. (its gluten free)
Tuesday – Mexibake – using red kidney beans and gluten free pasta sauce to make it vegetarian and gluten free.
Wednesday – Tuna Carbonara – just make it with gluten free pasta for me
Thursday – Slow Cooker Rogan Josh served with rice
Friday – Baked Potatoes – love these as can tailor to the boys tastes and make gluten free for me
Saturday – Pumpkin and Feta Risotto – this recipe you will find through the menu planner and is gluten free as long as you use the right stock.
Sunday – Simple Supper Night
