I about to share with you the most simplest, yummiest dip that you can make. It is one that my mum makes all the time and everyone that tries it loves it. It takes no time to whip up and it makes you look like you have made an effort.
Mango Chutney Dip
Ingredients
- 250 grams cream cheese, softened (very important)
- 4 spring onions
- Sharwoods Mango Chutney – usually found in the Indian section of the supermarket
Method
- Finely chopped the white parts of the spring onions and beat with the cream cheese.
- Put onto serving plate
- Top with the mango chutney, as little or as much as you like.
- Chop the green part of the spring onions and sprinkle on top of chutney.
- Serve with crackers – we use rice crackers here
