I love Chicken, Pork or Beef Tacos! When we have them it’s a family event. My husband makes guacamole. Our son fries up the tortillas into taco shells. And I prepare the meat.
Sometimes we’ll purchase marinated meat at the local Mexican market. It’s so good.
You have a delicious menu planned. Have a wonderful week!

Thanks so much for popping by and saying hello! I usually only make beef or bean tacos. Must try the chicken one sometime soon.

We have our SPAG BOL with Gluten Free pasta. I always make the sauce from scratch so I now it’s ‘safe’.

I also make the sauce from scratch, the recipe changes every time depending on what I have but I have not had any complaints as yet. Thanks for commenting.
