Remembering…Mr Two and Half

Kate from Picklebums has been writing a few posts on Remembering… It is all about what you want to remember whether it’s about a loved one or the little things that happen during the day.

She has invited others to take her initiative and write a ‘Remember’ post and since it goes hand in hand with what I am doing with Project Life, I knew I had to give it a go.

This post is remembering what my gorgeous 2 1/2 month old is doing these days, he often has me in fits of giggles or beaming with pride.

Remembering…

the way he loves Mickey Mouse – and the way he says his name…”Neh Hah”

the way he lights up when he sees his brother and now gives him a hug when he sees him.

the way he calls his brother a totally different name to what it actually is.

the way he asks us …’What doing Mummy’ , ‘What doing Daddy’ , ‘What doing Pud Pud’ (the cat)

his feisty independence and his stubborn streak I swear he does not get from me!

the way he loves dancing to any music – and he loves company

the way he loves playing on the slides

the way he tells me when something is ‘too hot Mummy’ (usually isn’t?)

and the way he knows when the oven is on, he says, ‘Burnies Mummy’ and then proceeds to list everything else in the house that is ‘burnies’ by pointing to it and saying ‘burnies’

Ah this was fun, shall do it next time with my gorgeous 7 year old son.

Thanks Kate

PUD PUD is a perfect ‘name’ for a cat. A lovely post that had me smiling thank you.

This post made me smile… it’s all these lovely little quirks that they lose when they grow up that I most want to remember.
    Thanks for joining in!
