What a busy weekend, so busy I didn’t get a chance to plan my weekly menu plan so here I am doing it on the fly. Oh I don’t like this, don’t like it all, too much for this likes-to-be-organised person so from now on I am going to do 2 weeks in advance to always have a back up.
The good thing is I have a decent enough range of recipes on here that I can do it on the fly, that’s the good thing about blogging your menu plans ever week.
Weekly Menu Plan
Monday – Baked Taco’s - I tell you these are the bee’s knees, so so yummy and easy. I make them with mince for the boys and just mashed beans for me, they are also gluten free.
Tuesday – Gluten Free Tuna and Potato Bake with lots of steamed vegies
Wednesday – Sausage’s for the boys, Gluten Free Potato Bake for all which I have recently been making with 0% Chobani Greek Yoghurt instead of the cream and it’s just as tasty and way better for you. For me I’ll have the Eggplant and Lentil Balls I discovered the other week.
Thursday – Gluten Free Eggplant Rolls - with a yummy salad
Friday – Roasted Pumpkin and Vegetable Risotto, the boys will have Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken as well.
Saturday – Cauliflower Pizza Crust – can’t wait to try this yummy gluten free pizza
Sunday – Simple Supper Night
